Feel Ready for the Interview.
Realistic mock interviews and personalized recruiter coaching for college students and recent graduates.
AI can help you brainstorm questions, practice responses, and learn interview frameworks. But a real interview is a conversation with another person.
Practice with a recruiting professional who can help you understand what interviewers are actually looking for and how to connect the experiences you've already had to the role you're pursuing.
Your experience might come from a class project, internship, student organization, part-time job, athletics, volunteer work, or something else entirely.
You may have more to talk about than you realize. The key is knowing which experiences to share, how to tell the story, and how to connect it back to the job.
That's what we'll practice together.
01 — Prepare
Before your session, I'll review your resume and the job description so your mock interview is tailored to the role you're pursuing.
02 — Practice
We'll conduct a realistic mock interview with behavioral and role-specific questions, including follow-up questions just like you might experience in a real interview.
03 — Improve
We'll talk through what went well, where you can improve, and how to approach your answers with more confidence.
How it Works

Interview Ready Coaching Session
About Ashley
Hi, I’m Ashley. I've spent the past 10+ years working in recruiting and helping candidates navigate the hiring process.
Throughout my career, I've seen firsthand how much potential early-career candidates have and how difficult it can be to communicate that potential in an interview.
Students and recent graduates often have great experiences to talk about. They just haven't had years to build a long list of professional examples yet.
That's where Interview Ready comes in.
I created Interview Ready to give students and recent graduates something I wish more candidates had: a chance to practice with someone who understands what recruiters are actually looking for.
My goal isn't to teach you to sound scripted or give you a "perfect" answer.
It's to help you recognize the experiences you already have, communicate them clearly, and walk into your interview feeling more confident.

The goal is to make it feel realistic. I'll ask questions based on your background and the role you're pursuing, including follow-up questions when appropriate. Afterward, we'll talk through your answers and areas for improvement.

You'll complete a short intake form and send your most recent resume and the job description. I'll review these before our session so we can make your practice specific to the role.

That's okay! Interview Ready can also be used to build your confidence and prepare before you start interviewing.
